Summary

Originally presented at TCDLA's 2nd Annual Lone Star DWI: Drugs Seminar. This year we will be focusing on DWI trial work where drug evidence is at issue. This seminar will cover DRE and the different drug categories as they relate to potential intoxication. We will include discussion of pretrial motions, jury selection, trial strategy, cross-examination of experts, and closing arguments. A segment comparing the Intoxilyzer 5000 and 9000 will also be included.
