Summary
From the 5th Annual "Lone Star DWI" program recorded in Austin, Texas: This year we will be focusing on the problems revealed in Texas labs and blood evidence in particular. This seminar will cover the scientific principles of legal blood testing and the potential errors involved. Experts in the field will discuss winning trial strategies and DWI trial work where blood evidence is at issue. We will also focus on the issues involved in DWI cases where drugs are the intoxicant.

Rick R. Flores graduated from The University of Texas School of Law in 2007. It was there that he first became fascinated with the practice of criminal defenseat the Criminal Defense Clinic where he learned under professors Bill Allison and the late Robert “Mad Dog” Dawson. After law school, Rick joined the TravisCounty Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor where he tried over 60 jury trials in under four years.
